Since the early hours of Monday mornings, Lebanese citizens started flocking to the General Security centers to renew their passports and obtain the newly-issued biometric passport on the first official day of issuance.
Several minor obstacles delayed many citizens’ transactions, due to the large unexpected crowds who were present at the center.
