Head of the Loyalty to the Resistance block MP Mohammad Raad said that the situation has become ripe for the election of a new president, hoping that this issue will be resolved in the near future, referring to Speaker Nabih Berri’s statements whereby he said that he is optimistic that a new president will be elected by the end of the year.
In this context, Raad said that ending the presidential vacuum will give a boost for the constitutional institutions in order to rebuild the state and its apparatuses.
He added that the tripartite formula of the people, army and the resistance guarantees Lebanon’s security and stability.
