Lebanon’s Heath Ministry referred Monday the Bay Rock Cafe in Beirut's Raouche area to the Public Prosecution for failing to meet the required health standards.
The ministry called upon the General Prosecution to take the necessary measures against the administration of the restaurant after it shut the latter down and sealed it with red wax.
The ministry also said that the owner of the restaurant refused to comply with the instructions of the health inspector and verbally insulted her after she finished her tasks.
