A Palestinian man known as Mohamed Khalil and nicknamed as “Abou Ahmad Abou AlKel, handed himself in to the Lebanese Army Intelligence at Ain el-Hilweh refugee camp checkpoint on Tuesday.
Khalil hopes to settle down his case with the Lebanese Authorities.
