REPORT: Middle East Council of Churches conference opens in Jordan

The 11th session of the Middle East Churches Council opened on Tuesday in Jordan. The session convened at the invitation of His Beatitude Theophilos III, Greek Patriarch of the Holy City of Jerusalem and All Palestine and Jordan.

The conference gathered all 22 presidents of Middle East churches from Jordan, Iraq, Syria, Palestine, Cyprus, Lebanon, Egypt and Iran in addition to participants from other churches and international institutions.
