A ceremonial mass was held Monday upon the call from MP Emile Rahme to mark the second anniversary since the unveiling of the statue of the Virgin Mary in Saint Barbara Church in Baalbek.
Worshippers from Baalbek and Christian neighboring towns attended the mass in the presence of Minister Ghazi Zeaiter representing Speaker Nabih Berri and former MP Salim Aoun representing MP Michel Aoun.
