Speaker Nabih Berri stressed on Wednesday necessity to keep security measures away from political outbids.

Berri's comments came following his weekly meeting with MPs in Ain el-Tineh.

 

On another note, Berri tackled with lawmakers the latest developments in Syria, saying that Israel is the sole side that is damaged from the current truce in the neighboring country.
