“Once former Prime Minister Saad Hariri concludes his consultations, he will hold a meeting with all the members of the bloc,” Minister De Freij clarified during a phone call with LBCI’s Nharkom Said.
Rumors emerged that Hairi would endorse General Aoun's candidacy for the presidency.
“We were hoping if parliamentary blocs would attend the presidential election session and elect a president instead of appointing it,” the minister said.
De Freij also pointed that Lebanon is no longer a priority for countries around the world.
