Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri called for holding a session to elect the parliament’s bureau committee members and the parliamentary committees’ members on October 18.
The parliament’s bureau committee is set to hold a meeting after the above-mentioned elections on October 18 at 1:00 pm.
However, the committee did not set an agenda for a parliamentary session expected to be called for by Speaker Berri soon.
For his part, MP Ahmad Fatfat noted that the financial matters could lead the Future Movement to take part, while MP Antoine Zahra stressed that the Lebanese Forces are insisting on including the electoral law item on the agenda.
