A patrol from the marine police station in the norther coastal town of Chekaa arrested Thursday three assailants on charged of using toxic substances while fishing, the state-run National News Agency reported.
The agency added that the arrestees were identified as Lebanese nationals Kh. A. and S. H. as well as Syrian national T. A.
