Interior and Municipalities Minister Nouhad al-Mashnouq stressed that his stance remains unchanged concerning the election of a president before the end of the year, emphasizing that former Prime Minister Saad Hariri is the one who names the president on behalf of the bloc.
In a statement to LBCI, al-Mashnouq noted that the decision needs time to be made, adding that Hariri will declare his position at the right time.
