The state-run National News Agency reported on Wednesday that a State Security patrol arrested a Syrian national identified as T.A in the border region of Wadi Khaled in Akkar, north Lebanon.
The arrestee is suspected of communicating with ISIS members in Syria, with the intention of joining the group.
