Large quantities of Captagon pills were found Tuesday morning inside a Syrian truck in Tripoli port, the state-run National News Agency reported.
The agency said that the truck was bound to be transported to Saudi Arabia on board a ferry.
In the details, the scanner unit at Tripoli’s port managed to arrest a refrigerated truck meant to transport vegetables, with a Syrian plate number “109163 – Damascus,” driven by Syrian national F. L., and loaded with a shipment of potatoes. The Captagon pills were packed and hidden in the ceiling of the truck.
