The State Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Saqr Saqr charged 13 Syrian nationals, including ten detainees, with belonging to the Islamic State group in a bid to carry out terrorist acts targeting civil and military locations between Beirut and North Lebanon, as well as to prepare and transport explosive belts to implement suicide bombing attack.
Judge Saqr referred the detainees to the First Military Investigative Judge Riad Abou Gaida.
