The body of a young man was found discarded in the outskirts of the Bekaa town of Sultan Yaacoub on Tuesday.
The security forces rushed to the scene with the coroner who examined the body.
The man, who was believed to be of African descent in his mid-twenties, did not have any identification documents, was handcuffed and slaughtered.
The body was transported to the governmental hospital in Rashaya.
