A Palestinian national identifies as Ibrahim Ahmad al-Rahi turned himself in Thursday to the Lebanese Army intelligence authorities in the South of Lebanon.
Al-Rahi has close ties with the Islamic State and he is wanted under several arrest warrants for shooting.
