REPORT: Election of Aoun as president leaves MP vacant post in Keserwan district
Once head of Change and Reform bloc MP Michel Aoun is elected as president, his parliamentary seat in the district of keserwan will automatically become vacant, just as MP Robert Fadel’s parliamentary seat, which became vacant in Tripoli when he resigned from Parliament.

In this case, the Constitution stipulates the need to conduct by-elections.
