REPORT: Zarif meets with Nasrallah, Salam and Hariri, hopes a new cabinet will be formed soon
Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif met Tuesday with caretaker Prime Minister Tammam Salam, where he hoped that a new cabinet will be formed as soon as possible, stressing that only political solutions can resolve the conflicts in the region, mainly in Syria and Yemen.

From Beit al-Wasat, Zarif hoped that Prime Minister-designate Saad Hariri’s mission to form the new cabinet will be facilitated, adding that “Takfiri and Zionist dangers are threatening the entire region, and Iran is ready to work with the Lebanese people to face these menaces.”

Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah had also met with Zarif in the presence of several party officials, where the latest local and regional developments were tackled.
