Speaker Nabih Berri met Saturday in Ain al-Tineh with Syrian Ambassador to Lebanon Ali Abdel Karim Ali who hoped that the cabinet formation will contribute to the success of the new era.
The Syrian ambassador stressed the importance of coordination between Lebanon and Syria, noting that “such coordination will serve the interest of Lebanon as much as the interest of Syria.”
Discussions also tackled the latest local and regional developments, as well as the security situation in both countries.
