REPORT: Machnouq temporarily suspends vehicle inspection

Minister of Interior Nouhad Machnouq authorized on Wednesday a temporary exemption of vehicle inspections due to the closure of car inspection centers.

 

Machnouq also noted that used cars can be registered and license plates can be replaced without the required vehicle inspection.

 

However, inspection fees still need to be paid, and such a decision is for a period of three months only.
