Customs seize 96 barrels containing drug-manufacturing substances at Tripoli port
The Finance Ministry issued on Friday a statement in which it said that the Customs authorities at the Tripoli port seized 96 barrels containing substances used for drugs manufacturing.
The statement added that the shipment was hidden in two secret compartments inside two trucks that arrived from Turkey.
It also turned out that the owners of the two trucks are Lebanese citizens who were arrested and referred to the concerned judicial authorities while the substances were seized.
