Among the 81 passengers on board the plane that crashed Monday in Columbia, there was one passenger of Lebanese origins. His mother is from Boustani family and his father from Koury family.
According to al-Arabiya.net, Dr. Marico Boustani Khoury was the physician of the Brazilian Chapecoense football team, the members of which died in the crash expect for three, one of whom died later in the hospital.
Khoury is now outlived by his Brazilian wife and two daughters of 11 and 6 years old of age.
