REPORT: Beirut building evacuated over fears of collapse

Police forced on Thursday all tenants of a building in Beirut's Moseitbeh neighborhood to evacuate it over fears it will collapse, and that upon orders issued by Beirut Governor Ziad Chebib.

 

A statement from the Beirut Municipality said that the dilapidated building in Moseitbeh was evacuated of all residents to guarantee they are protected from the threat of remaining inside.
