REPORT: President Aoun says International trust in Lebanon increases every day

President Michel Aoun asserted on Tuesday that the International trust in Lebanon is increasing every day, adding that the support received by Lebanon since the presidential elections predicts a better future on the economic, security and political levels.

Aoun briefed his visitors that the contacts are ongoing to form a new cabinet, adding that a progress was made in this regard.

He also hailed the decision taken by the World Bank to support Lebanon’s economy through financing new projects.

 

Aoun concluded by saying that the battle against corruption will be on top of his priorities, adding that he will cooperate with the new government in this regard.
