Iranian diplomat tours Lebanese leaders

Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister for Arab and African Affairs Hossein Jaberi Ansari visited on Friday Speaker Nabih Berri in Ain el-Tineh.

Following the meeting, Ansari dubbed the talks with Berri as “constructive and useful.”

Ansrai hailed the positive atmosphere prevailing in Lebanon after the election of MP Michel Aoun as president, and in the entire region, mainl in Iraq, Syria and Aleppo.

The Iranian envoy then met with President Michel Aoun at the Baabda Presidential Palace.
