Hussein Dajani recorded on video several mistakes and unpleasant experience witnessed onboard Middle East Airlines (MEA) flight 427, from Dubai to Beirut.  

Dajani’s move sheds the light on the inconvenience that passengers were subjected to and incites all airline companies to improve their service since in the social media era, each individual is a reporter.
