Prime Minister Saad Hariri contacted the family of the freed citizen Saad Richa who was released from abduction overnight, congratulating them on his return to safety.
Hariri expressed his personal interest in all the circumstances of the kidnapping operation, stressing that he will follow-up on the course of the investigations until the end in order to reveal the abductors and refer them to the concerned judicial authorities.
For his part, Lebanese Forces chief Samir Geagea also congratulated Saad Richa and his family over his safe release, calling on the security and judicial apparatuses to deploy all possible efforts in order to arrest the criminals and bring them to justice.
In turn, Kataeb party Chief MP Samy Gemayel also contacted Richa’s family and called for implementing an exceptional security plan across the Bekaa region to protect the citizens and enhance security and stability.
Similarly, Social Affairs Minister Pierre Bou Assi hoped that a serious security plan will be implemented as soon as possible in a bid to eliminate all dens of outlaws.
Information Minister Melhem Riachi visited Saad Richa to congratulate him on his release, revealing that a comprehensive security plan will be prepared and discussed in a cabinet session.
