Safra highway reopened on both sides
Security Forces reopened Safra highway on the west and east sides on Monday morning, and will be closed again in the afternoon when attempt to demolish Safra’s carpet factory with brute force will be resumed.

In preparation for the demolition of the factory on sunday, Jbeil highway was cut off at Tabarja’s junction, causing a nightmarish traffic.

Works to demolish the south-west section of the factory had kicked off and the highway was closed both ways, diverting the traffic flow heading to Jbeil on the sea road as of Tabarja’s junction.
