REPORT: Refugees in Arsal might return to Syria

Sources from Hezbollah and the Syrian opposition said that the refugees in the Lebanese border town of Arsal might return to Syria very soon.

Negotiations are still underway in order to finalize the deal that would see the refugees return to their homes.
