REPORT: Geagea declares Fadi Saad as LF Batroun candidate for next polls

Lebanese Forces leader Samir Geagea declared on Thursday Doctor Fadi Saad as the party’s candidate in the northern region of Batroun during the next parliamentary elections.

Geagea’s comments were made during a press conference held in Maarab whereby he noted that the state’s budget will soon be referred to the parliament, adding that a new vote law will then be drafted.

For his part, Saad noted that the Lebanese Forces will partake in the next parliamentary elections “based on a detailed and clear program.”
