[VIDEO] Hariri makes surprise visit to protesters in Riyad al-Soleh Square

Prime Minister Saad Hariri arrived on Sunday to the Riyad al-Soleh Square where a rally against a proposed tax hike is being held.

Hariri addressed the angry crowds whereby he vowed to listen to the people’s voice and to put an end for corruption ravaging the country.

During his speech, bottles of water and sticks were thrown towards his convoy.

Hariri then headed to the Grand Serail on his feet.
