The recent military developments that have taken place in the mountainous regions of Arsal are not a coincidence.
The level of military pressure seems to be increasing on both sides of the border under a headline of negotiating with the gunmen, especially al-Nusra Front gunmen.
The negotiations are supposed to lead to a settlement based on which al-Nusra Front militants will withdraw from Arsal mountainous areas towards Idlib and its rural regions.
