Stray bullet targets Hermel border town citizen
Sylvana Hussein Al-Jammal was wounded overnight Tuesday in the Syrian border town of Hawyek by a stray bullet whose source has not yet been identified.
She was taken to Dar al-Amal hospital in Baalbeck to receive treatment.
