Israeli infantry forces attempt to kidnap two shepherds in Jabal el-Sheikh
An Israeli infantry Force of 20 soldiers crossed the borderline in Jabal el-Sheikh heights, advanced 500 to 800 meters into Lebanon, and attempted to kidnap shepherds Mohammad Qassem Hachem from the Shebaa Farms and Ahmad Haydar from Syria.

When the soldiers failed to abduct the shepherds who fled, they took the herd of cattle composed of 900 goats inside the border of the occupied Shebaa Farms.
