Youths storm al-Horj’s main electricity station in Beirut
Electricite du Liban declared that a number of youths stormed al-Horj’s main electricity station in Beirut and smashed equipment, burned tires and threatened the workers in an attempt to restore the electric current to their areas by force.

The security forces called for the evacuation of the station from all offenders, threatening that if they stayed, it will be forced to evacuate the building from all workers to protect the workers, leading to a power cut affecting the administrative region of Beirut and a part of the southern suburb.
