ISF reopen Tebbaneh highway following an unusual protest
Security forces reopened the Tebbaneh highway on Monday afternoon after a number of citizens blocked it calling for the release of Adel Ghemrawi.

Ghemrawi is charged with weapons possession, looting and theft, and leading insurgents inside Tripoli’s Al-Kobbeh prison along with 30 inmates in September 2012. He escaped from Halba Prison in Akkar on September 2011 with other prisoners, prior to his re-arrest.

Later on Monday, sources told LBCI that Ghemrawi burnt his mattress at Tebnin police station's prison cell.
