Israel refuses to participate in a conference on nuclear disarmament in the Middle East
Israel refused to participate in a conference on nuclear disarmament in the Middle East to be held in the Finnish capital Helsinki, according to a spokesman for the Israeli Foreign Ministry Yigal Palmor.

Yigal Palmor added, the Israeli rejection was announced in Vienna at a meeting of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) by the director of the Israeli Committee for Nuclear Energy Shaul Horev.
