Dar al-Fatwa meeting: “Innocence of Muslims” film aims at creating sedition
A meeting for Muslim scholars was held on Thursday at Dar al-Fatwa, chaired by Mufti of the Republic Sheikh Mohammad Rashid Qabbani, in the presence of Imams of Mosques in Lebanon. The meeting was held to discuss a consensual position on the Youtube film “Innocence of Muslims” film.

The attendees condemned the offense towards Muslims everywhere, noting that "it only aims at creating sedition between Christians and Muslims."

They also called on authorities to issue an international legislation prohibiting any kind of insult to religion.
