Caretaker Minister of Telecommunication Johnny Qorm said in a radio interview on Thursday that "Ogero, Alfa, and Touch have submitted an emergency plan in case of a war in Lebanon." He clarified that "the goal is not to scare people, but caution is a duty," noting that "Ogero will announce a hotline allowing citizens to contact in case of any emergency or malfunction." He pointed out that "the plan includes mobile generators, full fueling of diesel reserves, data preservation, remote network control room, in addition to securing the market's needs for recharge cards and providing 24/7 protection against any cyber breaches, in accordance with the priorities of the Ministry of Health, Interior, Red Cross, medical teams, and journalists."
