The Al-Qassam Brigades announced on Monday through Egyptian-Qatari mediation, the release of detainees "Nurit Yitzhak" and "Yochefed Levschitz," as they declared.
In a statement, they said: "Israel has refused, since Friday, to accept their release, and continues to neglect the file of its captives. Despite Israel committing more than 8 violations of the agreed-upon procedures with the mediator brothers, we have decided to release them for compelling humanitarian and health reasons, to complete the handover process during this day."
