Erdogan describes Israel as a "terrorist state" before his visit to Germany

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan described Israel as a "terrorist state" on Wednesday, intensifying his condemnation of the increasing civilian casualties in the Israeli military's war against Hamas in Gaza.

Erdogan's latest verbal attack against Israel comes two days before his sensitive visit to Germany for talks with Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
