Iran denies US accusation of attacking a chemical tanker near India

A spokesperson for the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs rejected on Monday an American accusation that Iran had attacked a chemical tanker near India, stating that the allegations "have no basis."

The US Department of Defense (Pentagon) stated on Saturday that a drone launched from Iran hit a chemical tanker in the Indian Ocean.
