Security source to Reuters: Israeli strikes on Damascus kill Iranian Revolutionary Guard (IRGC) commander Mohammad Reza Zahedi

The Israeli strikes on the Iranian embassy in Damascus resulted in the death of Iranian Revolutionary Guard (IRGC) commander Mohammad Reza Zahedi, security sources confirmed to Reuters on Monday.

The Iranian Al-Alam TV channel also stated that the Iranian consulate building in Syria was completely destroyed.
