Israeli army calls Iranian attack on Israel 'serious escalation'

Israeli Army spokesperson Daniel Hagari announced that the drone and missile attack launched by Iran on Saturday evening against the Israeli state constitutes a "serious escalation."

Hagari said in a statement, "Iran has launched a direct attack on the state of Israel from Iranian territory. We closely monitor the 'deadly' drones sent by Iran as they make their way to Israel. It is a serious escalation."
