United Nations: Ending AIDS is still possible by 2030

The United Nations pointed out Thursday that ending AIDS is still possible by 2030, but warned that leaders and funders must act to accelerate progress. 

"AIDS can be ended by 2030," said the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS. It provided a roadmap for evidence-based prevention investments and campaigns, remedies, and to address the inequalities that currently hold back progress.
