Macron describes video released by Hamas of a French-Israeli hostage as 'shameful'

French President Emmanuel Macron on Tuesday condemned a video released by Hamas of a French-Israeli hostage as "shameful" and "reprehensible." 

The Elysee Palace announced that Macron "calls for her immediate and unconditional release," adding that "France is fully prepared and is working with its partners to secure the release of French hostages held by Hamas."
