The Kremlin considers Ukraine and Moldova’s joining could 'shake' the European Union

The Kremlin stated on Friday that the accession of Ukraine and Moldova could "shake" the European Union because these two countries "do not meet the standards." This comes a day after the start of accession negotiations with them.

The spokesperson for the Russian presidency believes that the green light given to Ukraine and Moldova by the European Union, which also granted candidate status to Georgia, aims to "cause harm to Russia."
