REPORT: Berri says implementation of the Greater Middle East scheme has started

Speaker Nabih Berri said on Wednesday that “the implementation of the Greater Middle East scheme of late Israeli leader Shimon Peres has started.”

 

Berri’s comments were made during his weekly meeting with MPs in Ain el-Tineh whereby he recived Lebanese Frces MP Antoine Zahra.

Talks reportedly featured high with Zahra over the wage scale.

As for the lawmakers, they quoted Berri as saying that no new developments occurred over the new vote law, that contacts are still ongoing in this regard.
