Lebanese young citizen jumped off the highest point located opposite Raouche rock at a height of 35 meters, and into the water.
A member of Beirut’s fire brigade, who happened to be swimming in the area, rushed to rescue him and pulled him toward the rocks in al-Dalia with the help of a number of swimmers.
18-year-old Ahmad al-Ali had lost consciousness due to the impact, but is still alive.
He was then transported to the hospital.
