The Lebanese government presented to the European Union a series of economic projects for Lebanon in last April.
During his meetings with officials in Brussels, Hariri did not hide the fact that the infrastructure in Lebanon, which was planned to accommodate 3 million people, has been bearing the burden of more than 6 million people due to the presence of the Syrian refugees.
Hariri also urged during his meeting the international and European powers to support the vision presented by Lebanon concerning the projects, the cost of which is estimated to reach USD 12 billion.
